Gymnasiums are state-of-the-art

Both the HCYR campus in Ingram and the BSRC campus in Leakey have full sports gymnasiums.  Both gyms house basketball and volleyball courts, weight lifting and exercise rooms, and gymnastics training areas. Both have team dressing rooms, concessions stands, and bleachers for viewing events.

The Ed Brune Sports Center was completed in April 2006 at Big Springs Ranch for Children. The Jess Neely Sports Center was built in 1987 at the Ingram campus, sponsored by Rice University Alumnae in honor of the famous Rice coach.  It includes a racquetball court, in addition to the other sports courts.
