Located on Texas’ most beautiful ranch, 9 miles north of Leakey, Texas, the Big Springs Ranch, known as the “country of 1100 springs” from its use for video advertising in the 1970s,  is full of breathtaking beauty made accessible by roads and trails.  In addition, a children's village, complete with two Charter Schools, riding stables, recreation facilities, a working cattle ranch, a grandparents village, a wilderness reserve, and a full-service RV park, all combine to make this a unique place to visit.

Many visitors have remarked about the beauty and interest they found on both the Ingram and the Big Springs campuses.  In addition to seeing firsthand a state-of-the-art residential treatment facility, the Ingram village includes the Meadows Fine Arts Center, the Children’s Art Gallery, the Charter School, the unique stained glass windows in the Meadows Chapel, riding stables, and much more that makes this campus one-of-a-kind among children’s homes.
